Booking Terms
Important terms for enquiries and bookings.
These terms explain how Havenline Travel Experiences supports your booking and how supplier and host agency terms apply.
Role of Havenline
Havenline Travel Experiences acts as an independent travel advisor. Bookings are made through approved suppliers and, where applicable, under ABTA and ATOL protection.
ABTA and ATOL protection references used on this website indicate protection that applies where applicable and is confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
Business identity
Protection references shown on this site indicate the protection that applies to qualifying bookings.
Independent travel advisor.
Quotes and availability
All quotes are subject to live availability and price changes by airlines, hotels, and other suppliers until a booking is confirmed and paid.
Supplier terms
Every booking is subject to the specific supplier terms (airline, hotel, transfer provider, tour operator, insurer). These can include fare rules, baggage conditions, and amendment limits.
Payments and confirmations
Payment deadlines, deposit requirements, and final balance dates are set by the supplier or package provider. Confirmation is only complete once the booking is accepted and ticketed/confirmed by the supplier.
Changes and cancellations
Change and cancellation fees are controlled by supplier terms and can be significant. Some fares and room rates are non refundable and non changeable.
Refund handling
Where a refund is due, timing depends on when funds are returned by the supplier. Havenline cannot release funds before the supplier return is processed.
Travel documents and responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring names, passport validity, visa requirements, and other travel entry requirements are correct for all travellers.
Complaints and escalation
If there is a problem, contact Havenline first at [email protected]. We will acknowledge issues and coordinate with suppliers and host agency channels where required.
Policy updates
These terms may be updated to reflect supplier, regulatory, or operational changes.
